The Leader's Path

The Leader's Path: three levels — Muslim, Mu'min, Muhsin. Knowledge, work and leadership — from the foundations of faith to mentoring.

Why you need this

You already know a lot — but there is a wall between knowledge and action. Study comes in pieces: fiqh today, marketing tomorrow, and it is unclear what to study next and when to start your own work. Here the levels are arranged so that knowledge immediately becomes action: first the foundation of faith and the foundations of worldly affairs, then full study and your own project, then going deeper and guiding others. You do not skip steps — you grow.

What it is

"The Leader's Path" is an Academy program of three levels: Muslim (one who submits to Allah, whom Allah has saved; in worldly life — an entrepreneur), Mu'min (a believer; the believer is the happy one; in worldly life — a leader), Muhsin (one who has reached ihsan — close to Allah, a wali, "paradise in the heart"; in worldly life — a mentor). Each level joins the religious and the worldly: faith and work. The content is built on three layers — beliefs, character, deeds; the curriculum is aqidah (beliefs) — akhlaq (conduct) — fiqh (practice).

What it gives you

  1. 01

Order instead of scattered lectures: it is clear what to study now, what later and why

  2. 02

Your level grows together with your work: from the foundations to your own project and mentoring

  3. 03

A mentor and feedback: a review of your work, not "watched a lesson and left"

  4. 04

Work right away: platforms, agents and people to make your project happen

  5. 05

The road ahead is open: the best students move into partnership and build together

Evidence

  • Three levels: Muslim — one who submits, an entrepreneur; Mu’min — a believer, a leader; Muhsin — one close to Allah, a mentor
  • The levels lead the student to become a teacher, and teachers to raise teachers
  • Beyond knowledge, you are given work: platforms, agents, people and cooperation
  • There are several formats of participation — from community to personal work; they differ not in the amount of material, but in whether or not we carry out the work after the conversation

  2. We will determine your level and format: community, group or personal work
